How to:
1. The pictures are .jpeg or .gif picture.
2. Right Click on the picture and choose 'Save Image As'
3. Save it to any folder of your choice.
4. Open it in your favourite drawing and painting program.
5. Paint the picture and then save it.
6. If you require a program for painting such pictures then let me know. I will upload one for you.
