Mango Fool Ingredients Green (Raw) Mangoes 10 pcs (About 2.5 kgs) Sugar 1 kg Water 2 cups Citric Acid 1 heaped dessert spoon Meta-bi-Sulphate 1/4 teaspoon Salt 1 teaspoon Food Grade Colour - Green 1/2 teaspoon Preparation Boil the Mangoes. Take out Pulp. Warm up water, add sugar, boil to make a thin syrup. Add Mango pulp, Meta-bi-sulphate, Citric Acid, Salt & Food color. Continue stirring till everything blends well with the syrup. Remove from heat & allow to cool. Pour into capped bottles. Refrigerate to store. To Serve Pour generous amount of the preparation in tall glasses, over crushed ice. Top up with water. Stir & serve.
