Mango Fool
Ingredients
 | Green (Raw) Mangoes | 10 pcs (About 2.5 kgs) |
 | Sugar | 1 kg |
 | Water | 2 cups |
 | Citric Acid | 1 heaped dessert spoon |
 | Meta-bi-Sulphate | 1/4 teaspoon |
 | Salt | 1 teaspoon |
 | Food Grade Colour - Green | 1/2 teaspoon |
Preparation
- Boil the Mangoes.
- Take out Pulp.
- Warm up water, add sugar, boil to make a thin syrup.
- Add Mango pulp, Meta-bi-sulphate, Citric Acid, Salt & Food color.
- Continue stirring till everything blends well with the syrup. Remove from heat & allow to cool.
- Pour into capped bottles. Refrigerate to store.
To Serve
Pour generous amount of the preparation in tall glasses, over crushed ice. Top up with water. Stir & serve.
