Mango Fool


Ingredients

Green (Raw) Mangoes10 pcs (About 2.5 kgs)
Sugar1 kg
Water2 cups
Citric Acid1 heaped dessert spoon
Meta-bi-Sulphate1/4 teaspoon
Salt1 teaspoon
Food Grade Colour - Green1/2 teaspoon

Preparation
  1. Boil the Mangoes.
  2. Take out Pulp.
  3. Warm up water, add sugar, boil to make a thin syrup.
  4. Add Mango pulp, Meta-bi-sulphate, Citric Acid, Salt & Food color.
  5. Continue stirring till everything blends well with the syrup. Remove from heat & allow to cool.
  6. Pour into capped bottles. Refrigerate to store.

To Serve

Pour generous amount of the preparation in tall glasses, over crushed ice. Top up with water. Stir & serve.
