17. My Class Monitor












I am a student of the 2nd standard.
There are forty students in my class.
Avantika is our class monitor.
She is seven years old.
Avantika is a hard - working and an intelligent girl.
She is not only good in her studies but in other curricular activities as well.
She is good in sports too.
She comes neatly dressed to school.
She is well-mannered, polite, kind and helpful.
Avantika helps our class teacher in many ways.
She is incharge of collecting and distributing notebooks.
She sees to it that the charts are not torn and the cupboards and the area near the dustbin are clean.
She also takes care of the class in the absence of the class teacher.
