ARJUNA PREPARES FOR WAR
Arjuna went to the Himalayas and began  performing harsh penance. One morning, a boar came running there. Its ear-splitting grunts disturbed Arjuna. He tried to shoo the boar away and when that failed he got up and shot an arrow at the boar. The boar was killed. But then, to Arjuna's surprise, he saw two arrows pierced in the boar's body!

"From where did the second arrow come?" wondered Arjuna. Suddenly, a bhil came there running and said, "I have killed this boar with my arrow."

Arjuna argued saying, "No. I have killed this boar." The bhil challenged Arjuna saying, "In that case, why don't you fight with me to decide who the boar belongs to?"

Arjuna , too happy to accept the challenge, at once picked up his bow and shot countless arrows at the bhil. But nothing happened to the bhil. The arrows would strike against his body and break into pieces!
