Bheema served as the royal cook, and Nakula as the horsegroom in the royal stable Sahadeva looked after the royal cow-shed.
Draupadi called herself 'Sairandhjri' and worked as the Queen's maid.

Arjuna disguised himself as a woman called Brihannala. He taught the princess the art of dancing.

Keechaka was king Virata's brother-in-law and the commandant of his army. He was attracted towards Draupadi and misbehaved with her and had to face death at the hands of Bheema.
