The Pandavas ruled Indraprastha and were happy.
One day, Narada visited them and said to Yudhishthira,"You should perform the Rajasuya yagya and establish your supremacy as the Emperor of Emperor."
Yudhishthira said politely, "I will seek Shri Krishna's advice in this matter." Shri Krishna advised Yudhishthira, " Do perform the Yagya but Jarasandha has to be be slain before performing the Rajasuya yagya."
"That is not a difficult task," said Bheema excitedly. "Like Hidimb and Bakasura,Jarasandha can be easily slain."
Shri Krishna said, "It is not easy to defeat Jarasandha. He had forced us, the Yadavas, to leave Mathura. Besides, he is backed by people like Kalayavana, Shishupala and Rukmi.
